I don t know what to do but I hope this is not a spam or anything, here we go I m almost 17 years old and 2 weeks ago I got curious with my boyfriend. it didn t go in all the way and not very long because it hurt and was my first time but my hymen did break and bled for 4 days like my period would have been and during that time I got really sick with ear infection, sinus infection and conjestion built up in my chest. Now I am on my period but its not like my usual periods.its thinner and lighter. I am on birth control. But I m afraid I might be pregnant, I have read up online and researching but its only been 2 days since my period and the symptoms that could be related to pregnancy was because I m sick and still kinda am with just a cold now. Please help the only person who knows is my boyfriend and I m afraid to talk to my mom and dispoint her, and have no where else to turn to

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
If you are on birth control pills & taking them regularly then there is very little chance of getting pregnant. In addition these pills are known to cause lighter periods.
The other ear & chest signs are not suggestive of pregnancy.
You can further resolve your doubts by taking a home pregnancy test.
Take care.
