Are Left Arm Pain, Chest Pain And Palpitations Symptoms Of A Panic Disorder?
hi im a male 25yrs old iv been having pains in my left arm sometimes , i get dizzy sometimes , chest pain and heart palpitations , shortness of breath .. ive been to the energency room over 15 times and every time they tell me everything is ok and send me home , ive had ekg ,ecg, blood test drawn , xrays , sonagram , urine test and everything and nothing shows up bad .... ive also for about a month now been only drinking water and seltzer and chicken and fish and no snacking unless its fruits or veggies and it still happens time to time ... is it maybe a panic disorder i have . someone please help
