Are Itchy Red Rashes On The Genitals Due To Fungal Infection?

I am 38 male and married. I had tested myself for all stds including hiv before marriage in 2011. I have never indulged in any kind of sex apart from that my wife. I do not indulge in any drugs or intravenous needle sharing activity nor any blood transfusion. I stay away from my family for work and indulge in self masturbation. Off late i am getting lot of itchy rashes and red bumps on my skin. My all reports are ok (cbc, urine, sugar, lipid profile, thyroid, liver function test) i consulted two dermats first says its fungal other says its eczema. What can it be?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Itchy rash can occur in both fungal infection and eczema.
It appears that clinically, the rash is mimicking both fungal infection and eczema.
In order to confirm the diagnosis a skin scraping from the site where itching is maximum can be taken to look for fungal infection.
Skin scraping can be taken for fungal culture and thus it confirms the diagnosis.
In case skin scraping is negative for fungal infection, eczema is most probable diagnosis.
Treatment can be started after diagnosis is confirmed.
