Are Itchy Red Bumps Due To HIV Or Insect Bites?

About a month ago I had unprotected sex one time with a female that has led a promiscuous lifestyle. I have developed red bumps that were itchy for a couple of days. They look like insect bites as they are small, very red, and not clustered. They are on my waist, stomach and upper thigh. As they go away, they turn purplish. I have not had fever (I don't think), only loose stools one time, a slight headache or two over the last two weeks, and no sore throat or sweats or chills at night. I also have been in the heat a great deal. Is this possibly HIV or more than likely insect bites?

usually HIV symptoms take 3 months or more to surface after contact with am affected person. It appears to be a case of an insect bite hyper-sensitivity reaction. can be more looked into on seeing the pictures.
