Are Increased GSD And Fetal Pole Even Without Cardiac Activity A Sign Of Early Successful Pregnancy?

Hi I had miscarried last year with my first pregnancy at 6 weeks. I conceived almost an year later with my LMP 10.08.17. I had an early scan on 21.09.17 at 6 weeks POG which showed GSD - 1*0.9*1 cm and CRL- 0.26cm with yolk sac n small fetal pole but no cardiac activity. I had been put on Folvite, Duphaston, Zestopene plus, Loprin, with weekly injection of HCG 5000 and daily injection of clexane 40mg. On 28.08.17, had a repeat scan, still no cardiac activity but GSD and fetal pole has increased in size. Please suggest

During early pregnancy, ultrassonologist confirm about pregnancy by looking for fetal pole and fetal cardiac activity (FCA). If both are present then pregnancy survives If FCA is not present then followup with medication is advised after 1-2 weeks to reconfirm the FCA status. As per your report, no FCA is seen on followup study. However, there is increase in size of fetal pole as compared to previous scan so your treating doctor can give a followup to reconfirm again.
