i am 27 years old , my Uterus:Retroverted ,Size : 72 x 34 x 30 mm , Normal echotexture,Vascularity : Greater I - II ,Endometrium thickness : 7.1 mm ,Right Ovary : Size33 x 23 mm ,Follicles / Cyst :10 x 9 , 17 x 16 , Left Ovary : Size : 34 x 19 mm ,Follicles / Cyst :: 9 , 8 ,,Free Fluid :Very Minimal Free Fluid + ..So i need Impression :

Hi, I think your ultrasound is normal. It also depends on the day of your periods when scan was done. One dominant follicle is there in right ovary which will rupture or may have ruptured as there is presence of minimal fluid in POD. If you are trying for pregnancy, be in contact with your husband every 2 to 3 days after your periods stop. If you have any pain abdomen or discharge, it can be PID.
