Are Hormonal Changes Causing Dizziness, Blurry Vision And Tiredness?

hi! i have my period, but last may 1, it was already 1 week... i experienced palpitation of the heart, dizziness and blurr vision, and sometimes fatigue and feel sleepy, is this some kind of hormonal changes in my body that gives me this weird feeling?

Hello,
Thank you for asking on HCM!
The symptom you described are suggestive of thyroid hormone disbalance.
So at first you have to exclude it by checking;
-TSH and Ft4 level.
If your menstrual cycle is regular but with heavy flow than you should check for anemia ( a full blood count would be of help).
It is often manifested with the symptoms you mentioned.
Do not hesitate to attach the results and get further recommendation.
