Are Home Pregnancy Tests Reliable To Detect Pregnancy?
I had the mirena coil fitted just 2 years ago. Everything was normal period every month etc. But my last period was 2 months ago I am having brown spotting but no sign of period. And the last 2 days I can hardly stand up with dizziness. I have done pregnancy test one said positive tho it was a cheap pound shop one so I then bought 2 dearer tests that came up negative I m so confused

I really appreciate your concern, the only accurate test to rule out the pregnancy is ultrasonography besides this other test could give false results, although chances of conception is less but this can not be taken as granted due less surety of contraceptive methods, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
