Are Hives A Normal Symptom Of Bronchitis Or Pneumonia?

Are hives a normal symptom of bronchitis or pneumonia? My 3 year old daughter has bronchitis in possible early stages of pneumonia and has broken out in hives over 4 times now. She's never had them before and got them before she ever took any medicine.
