General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If your calcium levels are higher than the normal levels they may cause tiredness and muscle pains. It is important to let your doctor know immediately of your symptoms so he can do a thorough examination and possibly tests to verify how high is calcium level and if it is the cause of your symptoms and further guide you in the management of your symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
