Are Heart Problems, Related With Leg And Arm Pain With Tiredness?

I am 41 years old and in relatively good health. Recently (multiple weeks) I have been feeling very tired even though I am rested. Have also experience some inner leg pain along with sharp pains in my forearm areas. Just this past week I have a feeling of nausea and some shortness of breath. Could this be heart related?

i cannot assure you that it is due to heart problems but it is necessary that you must take a physical and do the required investigations to 1. To diagnose a heart disease 2. To rule out a heart disease and probe other causes of your symptoms... hope this helps you.. thanks..
