Are Heart Problems Possible Without Feeling Chest Pains ?

For some reason, I feel tired all the time. I get full nights rest, I m a homemaker with no worries, I m happy. I have had my blood tested for hormones, thyroid, anemia , you name it. I am not pumped after I exercise, I m exhausted. I breath fine and have no chest pains, but could it STILL be my heart, may be? If not, then what the HELL is wrong with me!

it could be depression. or you're right, it could be your heart. most people with heart disease don't have chest pain. chest pain is usually characteristic of ischemia, or lack of oxygen supply to the heart muscle. there are many other diseases of the heart that do not cause ongoing chest pain.
