Are Heart Palpitations, Headache And Muscle Twitching Symptoms Of Anxiety?

My body feels really tense, heart beat is fast and I feel like I have energy running through me, head hurts, muscle twitches. I took 2 tabs of lsd a month ago and I felt this way went to the hospital and got Xanax to calm me down, went home and have been fine till about 2 weeks ago.. Is this just anxiety or something else?
