Are Headache, Numbness And Chills Early Signs Of A Stroke?

I have a headache on the right side, very painful. Its throbbing especially behind by eyeball on the right. I also have chills and numbness, but its all on my right. This has been going on since Tuesday after I got into an argument with my ex-husband. I cant sleep or eat. Are these symptoms of a stroke?

firstly urs could be a normal tension headache or migraine ...migraine headaches are usually assic with. one sided headache with numbness but uaually episodic wont last continusly...
