Are Headache And Fever Of A 5 Year Old A Cause For Concern?
My almost 5 ye old threw up yesterday, has been fighting a fever and sleeping .
He is almost in tears when he stands up saying he can't because his head hurts.
webhave been giving him tylenol, which has helped to control temp. Should I be more worried about the head pain?

I would like to know some history, what is the degree of fever, since how many days he is having fever, is there vomitting.
Till then you can give brufen & paracetamol combination like tab. Flexon half every 6 hrly.
If not relieved within 3-4 days .
See the pediatrician.
