Are Grade 1 Prostatic Enlargement And Mass In Inguinal Area Related?
Is there a relationship between grade 1 prostatic enlargement and non tender bulging mass in the right inguinal area? i also have an irregular bowel movement at 2-3x per week with goat like stools for the past 3 weeks. I am hypertensive but i don't take my medication regularly. Do i have cancer?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have benign prostatic hyperplasia or prostatic cancer. Your lymphnode may be related to that or due to some other pathology. You should go for serum PSA level. If it is high then you should go for prostatic biopsy. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
