Are frequent urination, tender breasts, dizziness and headaches symptoms of pregnancy?

Hi, lately ive been experiencing some symptom s that are a little familiar to me. I m not sure though if I m pregnant from the results of my hpt. I have real tender breast there sore, they hurt , there getting darker. as well as my nipples hurt to and my veins are very visible and ther heavy feeling I have to wear a bra all the time to help with pain. I also experience dizziness, I get headaches , nausea , stomach have tightness. I have pain on my sides and lower stomach I cramp. certain foods make me feel sick or doesn t taste the same to me I eat more than I usually do. I use the bathroom back to back a lot (urine ) . i get back aches and strap pains sometimes like minor contractions. I experience bloating as well and constipation , as well as I haven t had my period yet and its been two months but when I take a hpt its negative. I m I pregnant? or is it something else

Hi I think you can be having some hormonal imbalances. You are not pregnant if your pregnancy test is negative. You can take some medicines like meprate or deviry for inducing periods. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries if you have delayed periods frequently. Also get urine routine and microscopy and culture done to see if there is any infection or not. Hope it helps.
