Hello
I have gone through your question and ynderstand your concern. The mentioned sign do suggest pregnancy but the most important sign is missing or delayed period. Otherwise all the mentioned signs could be caused by hormonal change or imbalance due to other problems like cystic ovarian disease, a small tumor that might produce hormonal change.
Best way to rule out pregnancy at home is urine pregnancy test. If the test results come negative and symptoms persist consult a doctor to get her examined.
Good luck. Thank you.
