Hi mam. POD means pouch of Douglas. This s a small area behind your uterus. If there is a fluid in POD, it says it could be an infection in the pelvis. Dominant follicle just tells you the areas where the ovary releases the egg. Renal calculi most of the times doesnot cause hydronephrosis. hydronephrosis means swelling of the kidney. Ureteric calculi usually causes hydronephrosis.. Before u become pregnant, kindly meet the gynaecologist to get rid of pelvic infection if present. Thank u
