Are Freckles On My Son S Palm Dangerous?

My son has a freckle on his left ring finger on the palm. I thought people didn t get freckles on their soles or palms. He was 11 a few months ago when we first noticed it. He does have a crescent moon shape birthmark on the pad of his middle left toe too. It just seems weird. Should I be worried.

Pediatrician 's  Response
I think you should visit a pediatrician for detailed examination of your child because some of these findings are known to be associated with neurological findings. So after examination we can come to a conclusion that whether these freckles are significant or not and also if they are some neurocutaneous markers.
