Are Flu Symptoms Normally Associated With Spider Bite?

Day 4 of what appears spider bite what type not sure burning stinging with bite with severe skin reaction turned yellow at bite site then redness spread down my arm. Bactrim Bid at urgent care. Now 3 days post bite on Bactrim site lighter and looking better but now have flu symptoms and feeling feverish. Is this common after a bite?Thank You Kim

sting if there to be removed apply caladryl lotion and take tab levocetrizine 5mg in morning. no it is not common with flu so both should be treated.
