Are Few Clumps Of Brownish-tinted,yellowish Semen A Cause For Concern?

Hello. I ve noticed that when i ejaculate, about 95% of the semen is creamy white, but there will be one or a few small oval/circular patches or clumps of semen that s yellow with a hint of a dark texture inside the yellow patch. Is this normal? - I m pretty sure this has always happened, and I never thought much of it up until now, since i ve lately had some health problems - stress&anxiety. I believe the yellow patches are just sperm, but the fact that it has a bit of a dark, brownish tint to it concerns me. There was slight discomfort upon ejaculation and after, but nothing that was consistently annoying unless i thought about it. Last time i masturbated was about 2-3 days ago if i remember correctly, and before that, about 4-6 days. Could it be coagulation of sperm, protein or something else, or should i be concerned and contact my doctor? Thanks in advance.
