Are Fever ,diarrhoea And Pain In The Abdomen Signs Of Pregnancy ?
I have inserted for the past one year,my due date is 21 and till now i didn get my periods. Fever ,diahhorea are continuning with the pain in the right side abdomen is this a sign of pregnancy

These are not signs of pregnancy , but with pain in abdomen and delayed periods you should visit your Gynecologist and get evaluated.Fever , diarrhea could be die to gastrointestinal infection.You may need a course of antibiotics for the same.
