I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism and am taking levethoroxin ? Prior to the diagnosis I was fired from my job...I was very tired & unable to focus or remember things so they let me go. I have a family history of hypothyroidism. My other symptoms were hair loss and weight gain. I have never been fired from a job. I repeatedly told the office manager that I didn t know why I couldn t do my job and apologized many times. Told her this was not like me at all. Could the fatigue, hair loss, weight gain, memory & inability to focus?
