Which medicines you are taking you have not written here. But yes anti – hypertensive and anti-cholesterol medicines can cause fatigue to a variable extent. There are many causes of shortness of breath such as anemia, diabetes, hypothyroidism, heart problems, and lung problems etc. It needs to be investigated.
Advice
1.     Continue medicines as suggested
2.     Regularly check your BP
