I can understand your concern for your suffering due to your symptoms .
Yes dear , extreme hot flashes are suggestive of menopausal symptoms .
But
diabetes can not be ruled out . You can't assure yourself of it's absence unless you get yourself tested . It is always better to take precaution .
I would like to suggest you to take a little more control over the consequences of your symptoms
fatigue, weight gain, moodiness, and hot flashes by eating better and by exercise .
Simple
menopause diet choices, such as
vitamins , minerals antioxidant in natural form ,fiber, fruit , green veges ,soup , lemon juice in a glass of water ,amla ,
aloe vera , Turmeric powder in a cup of hot milk and honey , nuts etc ,and sufficient hydration could make all the difference in your day and your mood within a fortnight .
Exercise ,Walk
yoga , Deep Breathing ,
Meditation all unwind & help to detox your mind , .body and soul and assure you trouble free menopause and life ahead .
