hai dr . i just receive my smear report it shows superficial and intermediate cells seen .endocervical and metaplastic cells are present large numbers of polymorphs monilia detected trichomonas not seen candidiasis with inflammatory changes smear packed with polymorphs no evidence of malignancy and dysplasia .

Hi, your paps smear suggests that you have fungal infection. You may need some antibiotics and antifungal drugs. You may need some vaginal pessary of antibiotics and antifungal drugs. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. There are no signs of cancer.
