Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Your baby has no thyroid gland so she needs external thyroid hormone support life long. But her TSH level is slightly high so it suggest that her thyroid replacement is not adequate. She is suffering from hypothyroidism. So dosage of eltroxin need to be increased. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
