Conclusion on my ultra sound pelvic complete due to vaginal bleeding postmenapausal age 68. echogenic lesion within the rndomtrial cavity measuring 1.1 cm 1.1 cm hyperechoic lesion along the cervix abnormal thickdning of the endometrial vavity at .8 cm. is this serious?
Here endometrial thickness is increased,
So further evaluation should be done. Because in postmenopausal age, if bleeding occurs, malignancy needs to be ruled out.
Here, further work up needed in form of dilatation and curettage. It should be sent for histopathology.
