Hello, and I hope I can help you today.
First of all, if your
pregnancy tests are coming up negative, you are not pregnant.
Pregnancy symptoms vary widely between women, and many of the same symptoms people associate with pregnancy like spotting, breast tenderness, bloating, nausea and mood changes can also been used by other
hormonal factors. In addition,
irregular periods can also have similar symptoms as they can be cursed by hormonal imbalances. Therefore, there is no way to know if you are pregnant based on symptoms.
So, If you are not pregnant and continue to have
pelvic pain, an examination by a gynecologist would be prudent to evaluate your hormones. An
ultrasound would be able to detect pregnancy after 5-7 weeks gestation, however if your pregnancy test is negative there may be no findings.
I hope I was able to adequately answer your question today and that my advice was helpful.
Best wishes,
Dr. Brown
