Are delayed periods and excessive hunger symptoms of pregnancy?

My period is 9 days late, my appetite has increased, i wake up early in the mornings (around 3am) feeling hungry, i am so tired can fall asleep quickly. The hpt come back negative the most recent one came back invalid. I have a few symptoms like I did when I was preg the 1st time which is hair loss. My moods have been a roller coaster last week and this week so far. I had a headache yesterday and today my vision seems to be a little blury. Could I be preg or just completely stressed out?

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Delayed periods with increased hunger are suggestive of pregnancy... still these can be seen in other conditions like ( hormonal imbalance l in thyroid or ovarian problems or ovulation defect in Pcod.Physical or psychological stress can result in delayed period.
Half night hunger increase can result from gastritis or hyper acidity.Anxiouness for conception can result in psychological stress & delayed period.
*Home pregnancy test is reliable after 8 days d3lay in normal menstrual cy le. If you have not done it in proper tome.. please repeat it to confirm/exclude pregnancy.
Thanks.
