Hello there,

Symptoms you mentioned could be signs of pregnancy but not confirmatory. You need to repeat the test again. Sometimes, test within one week can come negative. If the second test comes negative, then pregnancy is ruled out.

Abdominal and back pain could be premenstrual symptoms also. You can wait for one more week for the periods to come naturally, if test is negative. Or else you need to see the Gynaecologist.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Dr. Jyoti.
