Are Delayed Menstruation, Abdomen Pain And Anal Pain A Symptom Of Piles?

My period was almost 7 days late this month. At the same time, my stools were unusually hard and painful, causing slight bleeding. I occasionally but a light but sharp pain on the right side of my abdomen, and now I ve noticed a small pink, round and hard bump on my anus. It s uncomfortable and itchy. Are these all coincidental issues that will go away by themselves, or are they connected? Is it piles, or something more serious?

Respected madam, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
Anal symptoms and abdominal cramps are associated with constipation induced or precipitated piles , usually separate entity from delayed menses.
Don`t hesitate that much, it`s not that serious to be worried.
Follow simple measures at home till you consult a Consultant Surgeon.
* To get proper digestion, have plenty of liquids, high fiber diet, curd, butter
milk ,green leafy vegetables.
* Avoid much oily / spicy / non-veg stuffs.
* Avoid smoking / alcohol if at all consuming.
* Sit in Sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with leukwarm water for 10-10
minutes mor afternoon and evening and preferably after passing stools).
* Can apply Xylocaine (2%) jelly over anal part for soothing effect.
* can take analgesic tablets if severe pain after checking Urinary Pregnancy
Test by card method at home.
