Are Cramps And Increased Bowel Movements Normal While On Bactrim DS BID?
I am on Bactrim DS BID, I took my 3rd dose this morning. I started having cramps last night that feel like menstrual crams when i urinate. I had a hysterectomy so it isnt that and i have had several bowl movements today formed and not soft or diarrhea

You failed to mention why exactly you were on bactrim. Bactrim can cause gastric irritation and while you are on the medications, just make sure you take an additional ranitidine or ornidazole tablet twice or thrice a day before meals.
