Are Cold Sores And Cranker Sores On The Tongue The Same?

i had bood work done because i have had sores on my tounge for 1 year. the blood work came back showing i had cold sores. can you have cold sores on your tounge or is that known as canker sores inside the mouth.? is cold sores and canker sores mean the same thing?

Hello thanx fr queiry.aftr fever,it causes cold sores due to herpes virus.both r same.u need antivirals both topical and systemic.u consult a general physician fr a check up and treatment.hydrate urself well.hp it helps.tc
