Are Cold Feet And Tingling In Feet Normal With Spinal Stenosis?

Many years ago I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis . Have not had much problem so far but I am having cold feet often and some tingling in one leg . Last july I had a blockage in my left leg which was surgically repaired I recently had ultra sound on both legs and have good blood flow to both legs . That left me to think in may be stenosis symptom

Yes,you may be having peripheral neuritis,show to a neurologist and get investigated.vitamin D,b12,calcium tablets or injection might help.rule out diabetes and thyroid and active lifestyle with yoga may contribute in normalcy
