Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of cold, cough, nosebleeds, and stomach ache which can occur due to many reasons and it is extremely important to find out the exact cause. It could be sinusitis , allergic rhinitis or chest infection . Avoid intake of outside and hot and spicy foods.

Take diet rich in probiotics like yogurt . I would advise you to consult pediatrician once and get complete examination done like complete blood count, stool examination, ultrasound scan of abdomen, CT scan of sinus & contrast studies. You should start treatment after complete examination.

Doctor may prescribe you traditional drugs like lactulose, milk of magnesia and antibiotics for at least 5 days . Drink one spoon of honey in warm water daily.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
