Are Cold Chills In The Body A Cause For Concern?

I am a 63 yr. old woman that experiences cold chills way to much( internally). I had a thyroid check in the fall-Dr. said normal. My feet, hands and all over can be ice cold in the house even have to wear gloves/hat at times. It has been like this for 2 years. I am way over menopause, take no HRT, take cholesterol and bp meds and am overweight. This is puzzling as I have always been hot blooded and can t tolerate sweaters, fleece or heavy sweatshirts. Any ideas? Thank-you, JY

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with cold intolerance all over body and extremities despite normal thyroid level I will suggest you have are gradually developing a Hypotension episode possible due to reduction in your heart rate

In view of this please check your blood pressure to rule out this medical conditions

Meanwhile please wear a sweat clothing and cover your body with blanket during sleeping
