Are Cold, Body Ache And Mild Temperature A Cause For Concern?

I have had a cold with aches and a dry cough with my temperature running between 99 and 100.5 Fahrenheit. Should I be worried. I think it sjust a cold but the fever iI m not sure about. I m 54 years old and I smoke 20 cigs a day. I know I need to quit. Thanks

See, it looks like a common cold only. But I would suggest you the following-
Tab paracetamol 500 SOS for fever.
Tab levocetrizine 5 once daily.
Syrup dextromethorphan twice daily.
Get a X-ray chest PA view.
Quit smoking.
