Are Cold And Head Congestion Due To A Sinus Infection?

I had a very bad cold a month ago and was prescribed Zinnat, Mucolit and Sinufed for Sinusitis. The medication worked, however I now have the exact same symptoms again- however my mucus is clear. I have had this very bad cold for about 4 days. My head is very congested, I have pain in my face, am having trouble sleeping. Is this another sinus infection?

Most probably you are having the recurrent acute rhino sinusitis... but this time you take Augmentin twice daily for ten days along with Vozet and MaxtraP.... add taking Steam inhalation for 15 min twice daily. Hope with this, you will recover soon.
