General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, the given medicines are considered to be safe for the treatment of infertility. However the common side effects of Clomifene include headache, nausea, flushes, visual disturbances, and increased risk of multiple pregnancy. The common side effects of ovunal include Injection site pain, irritation, headache, depression, and restlessness.

Most of the above mentioned side effects are well tolerated and subside over a period of time. However, consult your doctor if they persist or if you are worried about them.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
