Are Clogged Ears, Painful Headache And A Bloody Nose A Concern?

Hi. I had an episode last night where my ears blocked up and could not hear anything for a minute or two. It then led to a very painful headache which subsided after 15 minutes. It soon followed with a blood nose. Should i be sincerely worried? I feel absolutely fine now. Just a little foggy.
