Are Clarithromycin, Paracetamol And Ibuprofen Fine For Infection And Pain In The Tooth?

i have just had tooth extraction on thurday with immediate fiitted denture. The pain in my gum is awful. There seems to be a greyish substance inside gum where tooth was. I don t feel this is just the aftermath pain of tooth removal, it feel s more than that. the pain is getting worse not decreasing. It is painful just to touch my jaw. It is the w/e so cant go back to dentist. I have clarithromycin can I use this as I believe there is an infection. Painkillers ie paracetamol and iboprohen just take pain for an hour... help?

It looks like an infection of the tooth and usually these are very painful. Antibiotic and pain killer given is appropriate. Please continue these for a week.
