Are Chills, Sweats, Cough, Shoulder Pain Normal In Flu?
Hi, I have been suffering from the flu (?) since Wed. I have had fever, chills, sweats, terrible cough and yesterday my right arm muscle from the shoulder to the elbow became very weak. I am having trouble lifting the arm. Is this normal when you get the flu?
WELCOME TO HCM. UR FLU CAN GIV U CHILLS, SWEAT, COUGH AND BODY PAIN. ALL THIS WILL GO WITH ANALGESICS AND ANTIALLERGICS. UR SHOULDER PAIN GOING TO ELBOW WITH WEAKNESS COULD BE DUE TO CERVICAL PAIN. U NEED TO MEET AN ORTHOPAEDICIAN . HE WILL PREASCRIBE U MEDICINES AS WELL AS ARRANGE FOR SOME PHYSIOTHERAPY SESSIONS FOR U IF NEEDED.
