Are Chest Pain, Body Pain And Nausea Related To Costochondritis?

23 female. Went to ER for heat pains about a month ago. EKG was fine, chest xrays good. Diagnosed with costochondritis. But still getting pain in chest, and radiating into arms and back (mainly left side). Now my whole body aches, weak, light headed, nausea. Wondering if this has to do with the costo? Just don't feel right. Worried.
