Are Body Pain, Upset Stomach And Loss Of Appetite Cause Of Concern?

Feeling sick for 8 days. Started out with body ache then upset stomach (no vomiting) complete loss of appetite, then the last 3 days diarrhea. I've gone from 132 to 126 in this time . Should I be concerned or could this just be a common illness that will go away?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The given symptoms could be due to viral infection but rapidly losing the weight is not the case here. No need to be over conscious about this everything will be fine soon. Just be patient you have to worry only if the symptoms persist like fever, fatigue, nausea, and others.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
