Are Body Aches, Cramping, Diarrhea, Heartburn And Nausea The Symptoms Of Pregnancy ?

Hi i took a pregnancy test last month that came back positive but i also had my cycle last month this month i missed my cycle and tge recent test said negative; i've been having body aches cramping diarrhea heartburn and nausea what can be an answer to this?

If you have missed your period the please check the urine or blood for a pregnancy. If negative then repeat after one week.
If still negative then you are not pregnant and your symptoms may be due to gastritis and not pregnancy.
