Hello,

Because of stone, urine can be collected and lead to dilatation of duct or ureter or pelvis. So stone might be somewhat big in size for which ESWL like procedure can be done. The antibiotic course can be prescribed also. Drink more water. To avoid serious complication, Consult a urologist for examination and discuss your case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
