Are Bleeding Nose Followed By Headache After Being Hit On Head A Cause For Concern?
My 15 year old son hit the back of his head on the soccer field. Within 30 seconds his nose started bleeding for about 10 minutes. He continued playing for another 20 minutes and seemed fine. Now at home he said he had a small headache. Should I be concerned?

There might be internal brain injury.
