Are Back Pain, Tiredness, Black Spot On Stomach Indications Of Ulcer?
hi my name is paula went for a barium swallow they said i have a black spot on my stomack probably an ulcer but they will do a biopsie to know more, i also got bad back pain and lower back pain what does that mean? is it related,, i fell tired often, i m 55 years old.

back pain mostly uncommon in ulcer.
As more specific history needed to rule out the the condition.
back pain occurs due to disc problem,degenerative disease,postural cause etc.
tiredness will occur in ulcer (because of improper food intake) and also in back pain. tiredness will not give much clue to fix the problem.
